Max buy freezing

OK so it's after the version stated in previous thread on this topic now v.1.232. I just hit the wall trying to produce anything over 9000 collider's. I am producing in the i range/s with a reduction of 5180% to cost and I chance to buy double of 40%. Also I'm at dwarf star the double collider's perk is kinda pointless with out the big big purchases.

Trying to buy 9000+ atoms I run into the same issue.

Strange Matter 744: Reduce all costs 7.44k%
Gods Deftness 121: Increase chance to buy collider twice by 60.5%
Godly Cleverness 181: Chance of two upgrade points +181%
